Murder, Inc.

Sometimes we get asked to do something a little out of the ordinary. Case in point: Melainie and Scott had a specific idea in mind for their engagement photographs and asked us to play along. Scott brought his own shovel. Well, maybe it was a borrowed one since they live in Sacramento. Um, I'm not sure why they asked us......?

ps -- we did some more traditional stuff too!

Is she supposed to be dead on the truck in the background??? weird engagements!!

Nick | Tue, 2008-07-29 18:53

Dead?!? No, where did you get that idea?

We totally thought you and Signe were gonna do that to us when you asked us to meet you in the middle of the desert!

Dead? Not wierd..creative! I am Scott's mom, they are a very creative, artsy couple...p.s. just a correction, her name is spelled Melainie! Close, though....

We LOVE these pictures, they are just fabulous..great job Nick and Signe...

Thanks for the correction -- we are traveling and I didn't have my notes with me. These images were really fun to make and Melainie and Scott are a great couple!

That comment was not supposed to be mean, It does seem that way though. These pictures are amazing!! of course, Nick Adams is AMAZING!!! I just thought by the title "murder inc" and the way she is laying on the truck in the picture, and how he is holding a shovel.....
But regardless the pictures are amazing as usual Nick!

Hmmm....I guess I can kind of see how maybe you might think that. It is a little bit of a stretch, though. If there was some theatrical blood that would be the clincher, eh?

No worries, Jamie. It is weird, but in a good way.

Nick
